Mr Nkosi is the founding Director of Nkosi Nkosana Incorporated; He is an accomplished business leader with diverse experience spanning a period of more than 25 years in the Legal industry. He is a holder of the following qualifications: • B Proc degree in 1988 – University of Zululand • LLB degree in 1990 – University of Natal • Post Graduate Certificate: Privacy Law – Wits University • Post Graduate Diploma: Labour Law – North West University • Certificate: Commercial Law transactions – LEAD Mr Nkosi was admitted as an attorney in May 1993. He is serving as a member of the Disciplinary committee for the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 2009. He is still serving as a Commissioner at the Small Claims court since 1998. His areas of expertise are, but not limited to: • Personal Injury claims • Commercial Law • Civil Litigation • Municipal Law • Administration of Deceased Estate • Matrimonial / Divorce

Mrs. Ntombfuthi F. Nkosi is a Director at Nkosi Nkosana Incorporated, where she practices across various fields of law. She obtained her LLB degree in 2011 and was admitted as an attorney in 2012, with the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.

She further pursued her studies and holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town, as well as a certificate in Civil Mediation.

Her areas of expertise include High Court litigation, personal injury claims, labour law, family law, and medical malpractice. She has also served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court and is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Legal Practice Council.

In addition to her legal practice, Mrs. Nkosi is a Non-Executive Director at the South African Forestry Company SOC Limited (SAFCOL), where she also serves as the Chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee.

Samantha completed her LLB degree at the University of South Africa. During this time, she developed a keen interest in Property law, thus when she was admitted as an Attorney, she was also admitted as a Conveyancer on the same day. Her areas of expertise include, Property law, Deceased Estates, Family law, Wills, Trusts and general litigation. She is currently heading our Conveyancing and Deceased Estates departments amongst other duties. Samantha is self-motivated, ambitious, enjoys meeting challenges and seeing them through. She is aspiring to be admitted as a Notary Public and liquidator in 2021.
